Ridc API Call to Search Taking Too Long.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Code is invoking the RIDC API call to search the WebCenter Content (WCC) Server. The call times out which cause stuck threads and eventually degradation to the service.
A typical ridc query that is causing the problem works fine if run via the WCC console. It is worth noting that during off hours (low usage) there is no error.
