Need to Restart Server After Changing JTA Timeout Setting (Doc ID 2395856.1)

After changeing JTA Timeout Seconds from Admin Console, it shows:

All changes have been activated. No restarts are necessary.

However, in fact we need to restart WebLogic Server to take effect.
