Goal

User is required to move to a brand new server infrastructure.
As the result of this change the actual DNS and IP address will be changed.  
User's application uses FTP API, m_Ftp; however, due to this move m_Ftp will not work in the new infrastructure.

So user wants to know whether the FTP API can be converted to SFTP easily.
