Goal

If an OTD instance is configured for SSL with a password protected wallet, a password is needed when starting the OTD instance. If the user tries to start OTD instance via Fusion Middleware Control, the user is able to enter the password to prompted dialog. But there is no such way during start OTD instance with WLST. This note will show how to start an OTD instance that is configured for SSL with password protected wallet.
