11g OID Instance Blocked With High 'OPERATION' Time And Unreachable And High CPU Producing Stack Dumps (Doc ID 2399208.1)

Symptoms

Issue was reported whereby OAM connections into OID were blocked.

There were three oid instances as cluster configuration.
When the issue happened all three oid instances(oid1,2,3) became to unreachable and lead the CPU of the server in very high loading status.
