WSH crash and tpinit() Error When using SSL connection (Doc ID 2399252.1)

Symptoms

 When using SSL encryption with /WS client, WSH crash at tpinit() calling with following stack trace.

Core was generated by 'WSH -c 11 -i 0 -s 1472987164 -p 2048 -P 65535'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
