Process Task Is Not Triggered After Preceding Task Is Executed (Doc ID 2400735.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 12, 2023

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 11.1.2.3.161018 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There are several process tasks configured for the AD resource to trigger another task but the dependent task is not being executed. The first process task is executed but the second dependent process task is not executed.

For example: The "AAA" task has a dependent task called "BBB" which is triggered on a success response. In the process task the String returned by the adapter was mapped to the corresponding form field. When the process task "AAA" is executed, the field "Afield" is changed. The process tasks work as expected but the "BBB" process task does not trigger as expected.
