Symptoms

Installed Oracle linux 7.4 and Oracle 12c R2 Database.  Ran OIG Quick Install 12.2.1.3.0 following the install guide instructions.

When running offlineConfigManager.sh, the OIM Managed Server will not start

The <OIMSERVER>.log shows the following error:
