PSFT UM Connector Cannot Generate USER_PROFILE XML Files Required for Full Recon (Doc ID 2402420.1)

Goal

Peoplesoft User Management Connector 11.1.1.5.0: PSFT UM Connector is setup as a target. Prior to running the full recon between OIM and PSFT, the USER_PROFILE XML files must be generated within PeopleTools.

Running the USER_PROFILE (VERSION_84) Message for Full Data Publish to generate the XML files is followed and the status is success, however there are no xml files generated in the directory.

Steps:

Sign-On to PeopleSoft

Select the NavBar icon usually on the top right of the screen.

Select Navigator icon.

Then navigate to PeopleTools, then Integration Broker, then Service Operation Monitor, then Monitoring, then Asynchronous Services.

In the Monitor Overview tab within the "Queue Level" drop-down, select "Pub Contracts".

Select the "Refresh" button.

Check for any entries (which will be a numeric value) in the "Error" column in the Queue Name called USER_PROFILE.

If there are any numeric entries in the "Error" column, it is possibly blocking any new XML message generation.
