Goal

The RCU grants created privileges that include the "ANY" option for <PREFIX>_WLS and <PREFIX>_WLS_RUNTIME schema users. For example, if there is a schema with the prefix DEV then this SQL

select privilege from dba_sys_privs where grantee='DEV_WLS';

will return the privileges that will include "ANY".
