Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.170418 version, Authentication Engine

Unable to setup OMA push notifications to android / iOS device successfully.



ERROR
-----------------------

Registering the user account within the OMA application does not throw any errors. However, the user is not presented with push notification option during second factor authentication - OTP is the only option presented to the end user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
