Unable To Edit Image Field via CKEditor (Doc ID 2403142.1)

The image field won't display the image via CKEditor.
The following javascript errors when trying to edit the Image Field:

"uncaught exception: [CKEDITOR.editor.replace] The element with id or name "{element_name}" was not found."
