Symptoms

Using Tuxedo .NET Workstation client with multiple contexts on a Windows 2012 Server. When calling AppContext.tpterm, the associated connection does not consistently get terminated and instead the last used context connection is terminated. This results in one AppContext instance in a terminated state while the associated connection remains open. Also another connection is terminated with its AppContext instance state showing as connected. Eventually the application fails to initialize new Tuxedo connections with the following error in the Tuxedo client logs:

The workaround is to restart the application.
