When a Modal Dialog Popup is Displayed JAWS Form List Menu Still Shows Background Items (Doc ID 2404493.1)

Symptoms

If a modal dialog popup is opened and the JAWS form list is used (INSERT + F5), items from the background page are also shown.

User is not able to distinguish between the items of the dialog popup and the items of the underlying site.

Changes

While CSS opacity is used to make the page content appear like it's in the background when the dialog is displayed, screen readers like JAWS do not convey opacity.
