Symptoms

In Exalogic X2-2 to X6-2 Virtual rack's running 2.0.6.2.X (or) 2.0.6.3.X PSU versions, issue of guest vServers not starting is noticed.

Starting Guest vServers via EMOC or via xm create does not work. xm create command just hangs on the Compute Node.

When opening xm console on the Guest vServers which start on the Compute Node we do not see any messages indicating that the guest vServer startup is progressing.
