Symptoms

When reconfiguring a Fusion Middleware domain during upgrade from version 12.2.1.2 to version 12.2.1.3, the following error occurs:

2018-05-24 14:37:06,520 SEVERE [150] com.oracle.cie.domain.ConfigMappingHelper - CFGFWK-64036: The invalid app-svc-name "soa-infra" is defined.
CFGFWK-64036: The invalid app-svc-name "soa-infra" is defined.
CFGFWK-64036: Provide a valid app-svc-name.


Steps performed for this environment:

1. Installation of software :

- fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar
- fmw_12.2.1.3.0_osb.jar
- fmw_12.2.1.3.0_soa_quickstart.jar

2. Run upgrade assistant -> option All schemas Used By a Domain
