On : version, Upgrade Assistant

When reconfiguring a Fusion Middleware domain during upgrade from version to version, the following error occurs:

2018-05-24 14:37:06,520 SEVERE [150] - CFGFWK-64036: The invalid app-svc-name "soa-infra" is defined.
CFGFWK-64036: The invalid app-svc-name "soa-infra" is defined.
CFGFWK-64036: Provide a valid app-svc-name.

Steps performed for this environment:

1. Installation of software :

- fmw_12.
- fmw_12.
- fmw_12.

2. Run upgrade assistant -> option All schemas Used By a Domain
