After Enabling SSL EBS Connectivity With WebCenter Content: Imaging Generates Error "Unhandled exception in AXF Custom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE=-29273 ORA-29273: HTTP request failed" When Using Zoom (Doc ID 2405941.1)

Symptoms

There is an AP invoice system in which EBS is connecting WebCenter Content: Imaging through the ZOOM button.  This was working correctly.  After adding HTTPS configurations in Imaging and EBS, the ZOOM button is showing the below error:

"Unhandled exception in AXF Custom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE=-29273 ORA-29273: HTTP request failed" .

All https settings were done in WebCenter Content and it is working completely fine.  The task list url is opening as standalone.
