Expanding Generic WebLogic Server Install to Include Fusion Middleware Domain Templates (Doc ID 2406304.1)

Goal

If we have a WebLogic server install using the generic WLS installer and looking to add functionality such as the Enterprise Manager along with some diagnostic logging via FMW DOmain templates.

In that case, is it possible to download the templates for these (such as https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/wls/WLDTR/fmw_templates.htm#WLDTR476 ) without having to redo install to be full Fusion Middleware install?
