Symptoms

Web Verifier 11.1.1.9.0 server returns the following error when attempting to login using the http:\\server\WebVerifier\Login.aspx page:

Server Error in '/WebVerifier' Application.

Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {E5D77194-AD5B-11D3-AFB8-00A0C99245F7} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error:
80004005

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {E5D77194-AD5B-11D3-AFB8-00A0C99245F7} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80004005.
