Goal

Following the OIM Administrator Guide to clone the OIM BMC Remedy User Management connector. On the Postcloning Steps, the documentation mentions about verifying lookup definitions and schedule tasks and updating any old values with the cloned values. 

But in the case of BMC Remedy User Management connector, there are certain additional required changes which are covered in this KM document.
