Symptoms
When I browse the interactive grid and scroll down, as soon as the header gets out of focus, the search and option bar of the grid keeps flashing. It should ideally stay fixed on the top of the screen along with the grid headers. What is the problem?
This has been seen in Chrome and in other browsers, though is not consistent. For example, at one site, he error occurs in Chrome, but not IE.
The grid headers stay top of the page without the flashing.
Tested Versions:
IE: 11.1358.14393.0.
Chrome: Version 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)
