Symptoms

SOA composite throws ORABPEL-15235 error with REST Adapter

REST calls are failing in SOA composite when using REST Adapter when the request contains "#" (number sign or hash)
but the same request is successful through SOAP UI when Disable Encoding (Disable URL-Encoding of the parameter value") is checked.
