SQL Command line SQLcl 18.1.1 and 18.2 Fails to start On Unix OS (Doc ID 2407415.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This is new installation of SQLcl version 18.1.1 for AIX.
Issue is seen on all Unix operating systems.

Symptoms

SQLcl 18.1 on AIX fails to start with following exception:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load library. Reasons: [jansi (Not found in java.library.path)]
at org.fusesource.hawtjni.runtime.Library.doLoad(Library.java:182)
at org.fusesource.hawtjni.runtime.Library.load(Library.java:140)
at org.fusesource.jansi.internal.CLibrary.(CLibrary.java:42)
at org.fusesource.jansi.AnsiConsole.wrapOutputStream(AnsiConsole.java:48)
at org.fusesource.jansi.AnsiConsole.(AnsiConsole.java:38)
at oracle.dbtools.raptor.scriptrunner.cmdline.SqlCli.main(SqlCli.java:429)
