Symptoms

Using OIM 11.1.2.3 and OUD 11.1.1.9:
While validating installation, noticed LDAP Sync from OIM-OUD is working fine, however OUD-OIM is not being sync.

For example, after created the user "<NAME4>" in the OUD and sync with OIM, it is not sync and seeing the failed creation operation below in the logs:
