Goal
Provide steps to determine why httpd.worker process appear to be restarting.
From ps listings it was observed that httpd.worker process PID was changing intermittently.
Sample ps output between two time periods
There are no abnormal entries recorded in OHS logfiles.
MaxRequestPerChild is set to "0" so httpd.worker process should not be restarted.
