Recovered Instance Is Not Completed Even If All Activities are Completed (Doc ID 2407946.1)

When starting BPM process, if Database had a problem , the BPM process instance goes to a "Recovery" status.

It can recover(retry) from EM console.

However, after the process completed, the process is still in a recovery status(not complete), and this instance will not be purged.

ON Approving the human task to complete sca flow.

Status is still "Recovery"
