Goal

 Out of the box, users accessing WebCenter Portal (http://<HOST>:<PORT>/webcenter) are presented with the Home Portal. What configuration changes must be made in WebCenter Portal configuration to redirect users to a specific/desired Portal/Page and disable user access to the Home Portal?
