- Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g not Responding When the Back-end Database is Down "Oracle Access Manager Operation Error"
- When back-end database is down, OAM stop responding. End user started seeing the following error:
Changes
Setup OAM in simple mode, and then shutdown the database
