Symptoms

When loging on to the Oracle BPM Workspace, a blank page is seen with the following Error:

Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be: 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down.

 

Changes

 The user edited their Inbox settings and selected the separator '----------------' instead of a valid column as a Sort By field.
