WebCenter Content: Imaging Logs Display JOC-044 And JOC-037 Errors (Doc ID 2409030.1)

Symptoms

The WebCenter Content: Imaging JOC is configured as per Document 1598578.1 and has tested as working.   However, the logs report the following:

oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: oracle.ias.cache.ObjectNotFoundException:
J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get
J2EE JOC-037 cannot find the following object"b5c71ada-100b-4851-b745-e3ae3fe5ad2f"

No apparent errors are reported by users.

Changes

Iew installation, upgrade to 11g, new installation of WebCenter Forms Recognition.
