Symptoms
Check-in a new content item and link it to a Framework Folder, using the FLD_CREATE_FILE IdcService call.
Create a second revision of the content item, using FLD_CREATE_FILE IdcService
- the new revision fParentGUID is already set and it will automatically create a new link for that item
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke one RIDC call with CHECKIN_ARCHIVE or CHECKIN_NEW or CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL IdcService, to check in a new revision.
2. Invoke multiple FLD_CREATE_FILE IdcService calls, one for each revision
