Symptoms

The customer has reported that not all nodes being able to connect during an attempt to replicate all. It seems that a subset of them on different machines were getting the below reported exception. After the error, user has restarted few of the cache servers (nodes) and even then, it was still not healthy. Finally, restarting both clusters seemed to clear the problem.
