Connection Error "Status: Failed to Connect to Imaging System. Failed to log in" When Using Enterprise Capture's Imaging Commit Driver (Doc ID 2409703.1)

Symptoms

After applying various patches and upgrades, using the Imaging Commit Driver generates the following error:

Status: Failed to Connect to Imaging System. Failed to log in

This was not an issue prior to the patches and upgrades.

Changes

Applied the following patches and upgrades:

1. April 2018 CPU Patches
2. WebLogic Server Patches
3. OHS Upgraded to 11.1.1.9
4. WebGate upgraded to 11.1.2.3.0
5. WebLogic Patches on the Windows Capture server
