Applies to:
Oracle JDeveloper - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In JDeveloper 12.2.1.3 when a change is done to the property of an ADF component using the Properties panel/editor and the value has a select list, the change does not take effect and reverts back to the default.
If a property was manually modified and then selected from the properties that remove the attribute from the ADF element
For example:
In a JSPX page drag and drop af:panelGroupLayout
from the Components palette and select a value different from Default for halign
attribute, the value is not changed in the Source.
If halign
was removed from properties from "right" to "end" it automatically changes to default and removes the attribute from the code
