Using the Email Import Processor in Capture 12c, the Message Body Does Not Contain Received Date (Doc ID 2411340.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade from Oracle Document Capture (ODC) 10.1.3.5.1 to WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) 12.2.1.2, the Email Import Processor is not importing the email message body the same as ODC 10g. In WEC 12c, the sent date is not included in the message body. It is expected that the entire email header is imported.
