Symptoms
After using Document 2324326.1 to configure authentication and authorization using external LDAP over SSL, WebCenter Content: Imaging is generating the below error:
<JPS-01520> <Cannot initialize identity store, cause: oracle.security.idm.ConfigurationException: javax.naming.CommunicationException: 10.72.172.45:636
[Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty]
