ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle ESSO Administrative console can't open configured application template which was imported from other ESSO Admin Console on different machine.
The error thrown in Admin Console is " XML Validation Error:The 'PreEvent' attribute is not declared. (391:96)"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LM Admin console must open application template successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created new application template in Machine-1 , saved xml file then was exported to other Machine-2.
2. Got this error while opening via Admin Console. The same application template can be opened successfully on Machine-1 where it was created.
