Exalogic - Exapasswd For Compute Nodes Fails To Synchronize New Passwords With EMOC (Doc ID 2413011.1)

Symptoms

The "exapasswd" utility included in the Exalogic Lifecycle Toolkit, version 1.0.2 (build 11496) and later (including build 11964), will fail in certain occasions when trying to change the "root" credentials for password for compute nodes.  The issue occurs when the script is trying to synchronize the new passwords with Ops Center (EMOC).
