Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, Crash/Hang
Oracle Traffic Director server instance fails to start with error:
ERROR

go to OTD Configuration > I click on Start Instances> get error:
Checking operation status on target /Domain_otd_domain/otd_domain/opc-config
Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Server start command for OTD server 'otd_ConfigName_MachineName' failed due to: [OTD-67756 An error occurred while starting the server.
[ERROR:32] server initialization failed]. Please check Node Manager log and/or server 'otd_ConfigName_MachineName' log for detailed information.]. Please check Node Manager log for details.
Operation Start Up on target /Domain_otd_domain/otd_domain/otd_ConfigName_MachineName failed. Please see application logs for details.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OTD Configuration
2. Click on: Start Instances"
3. Checking operation status on target /Domain_otd_domain/otd_domain/opc-config
4. Error Observed
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue OTD cannot function in its capacity to proxy requests to backend servers.
