Why the Coherence Reporting Consuming a Considerable Amount of CPU

Symptoms
The customer reported that the Coherence report generation consuming a considerable amount of CPU. The customer facing around 10% of CPU even when the cluster is idle, this affects the requirements of the client who is requesting less than 50% of CPU usage during constant use of the cluster. The customer has 5 physical servers with 16 cores each and in total around 50 clustered servers/nodes (10 per machine) and 13 client nodes connected with the cluster. The customer needs to know why the coherence reports are consuming this amount of CPU.
