Symptoms

Registering a new Integrated Extract in a system which is already having other extracts registered is hanging and the alert log reports below -

krvxenq: Failed to acquire logminer dictionary lock (1). pid=809 OS id=2013. Retrying...
krvxenq: Failed to acquire logminer dictionary lock (1). pid=812 OS id=2019. Retrying...
