Symptoms

Indexing Is Not Working: {index}_Q Table Has Records And Shared/lucene[index} Files are Not Updated

After choosing the Re-Index option, selecting an asset type and submitting the request nothing happens to the Shared/lucene/{index folder}/ index files and the {index}_Q table has rows in there, indicating that indexing is not processing.
