Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

User access issue on UCM

After modifying security group to files and folders those were not viewable





STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WCC
2. Update security group of files and folders
3. Logout and Login again
