WebCenter Enterprise Capture Login Accepts a Space in the User Name Field (Doc ID 2415532.1)

Symptoms

Users are able to add a space in the user login to the WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) client.  Due to this issue, files once released to WebCenter Content (WCC) would not allow users to access the server information page.  The below error occurs when users access document information:
