Symptoms

Oracle Forms Version 12.2.1.3.0

After an upgrade from 12.2.1.1.0 to 12.2.1.3.0 our an  Oracle Forms application is having problems when exiting.

Receive the ORA-06508 error and the application hangs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Application
2. Exit the Application
3. Error seen
