Unable to login to the ESSO Provisioning Gateway Web Administration Console after adding the designated user to the Admin Rights tab of the Provisioning Manager node in the ESSO Administrative Console. 


ERROR:

"Cannot connect to the "AD" data repository. Your username or password may be incorrect"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Install/Configure ESSO Provisioning Gateway Server.
2. Add the designated user account to the "Admin Rights" tab under the Provisioning Manager Node in the ESSO Administrative Console.
3. Publish the Admin Rights configuration to the configuration objects (SSOConfig) container in the repository.
4. Attempt to login to the Provisioning Gateway web administration console. 

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the Provisioning Gateway web administration console and provision credentials for published applications.
