Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) - Cannot access WebLogic Admin Console via Admin URL after new installation of OAM 12cPS3 (12.2.1.3.0)

After successfully installing Oracle Identity and Access Management 12cPS3 (12.2.1.3.0) Infrastructure and Oracle Identity and Access Management 12cPS3 (12.2.1.3.0) and starting (startWebLogic.sh) the WebLogic AdminServer, cannot access the Admin console - http://<OAM_HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PORT>/console,




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and Configure OAM 12.2.1.3.0
2. Start Adminserver
3. Access AdminConsole in the browser.
