ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If users authenticates to the Windows desktop with a Windows Hello PIN instead of the traditional password, they are prompted to enter their Windows password when attempting to access an application that requires ESSO Logon Manager to inject the credentials 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 ESSO LM should prompt for windows credentials only when the user attempts to modify or delete a stored credential.
