Symptoms

While trying to start Oracle HTTP Server 12c, it fails to start with the below errors.

$ ./startComponent.sh ohs1
Starting System Component ohs1 ...
Initializing WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) ...
Welcome to WebLogic Server Administration Scripting Shell
Type help() for help on available commands
Reading domain from /abc/user_projects/domains/ohs_domain

weblogic.nodemanager.NMException: Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Access to domain 'ohs_domain' for user 'weblogic' denied]. Please check Node Manager log for details.
Error: Error occurred while performing nmConnect : Cannot connect to Node Manager. : Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Access to domain 'ohs_domain' for user 'weblogic' denied].

Changes

Node Manager password was stored in a key store using "storeUserConfig" option and later Node Manager password was changed.
