(EM) (FMW) Control 11g Console Shows "No Data Found" For OID And DIP Performance And Resource Usage (Doc ID 2419991.1)

Symptoms

After a new installation of OID 11.1.1.9, Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and WebLogic work fine.

However, Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control console page shows "No Data Found" message for all resource usage and monitoring of Directory Integration Platform (DIP) and oid1 components.

In the starting page can be seen the following message: <>

After trying to change configuration, the following error is showed:
